 Quick Launch Guide

This is all the quick set up guide that highlights all the key features needed to get phone up and running. The quick launch guide is the most important tool in the user manual because nobody wants to read a 100 page manual just to make phone calls. So taking the most critical functions and putting them together in a small guidebook within the manual increases the functionality of the user manual.

How to maximize battery life

This is one of the most important parts of the manual because with the new smart phones with their big colorful displays, GPS and Bluetooth connectivity, and internet service the batteries get drained  much quicker than their regular phone equivalent.

In order to maximize battery life disable and enable features when you need them.

Features such as:

GPS

Bluetooth

Screen brightness

WIFI

Mobile Internet

This can be done two ways:

First by accessing the phone settings by clicking the settings icon

Then selecting each individual setting for the features and enabling or disabling them.

Second way to do it is to put the power options widget on the screen page to enable and disable the features quickly and efficiently. This has another benefit as well it allows you to see everything together in one place so you can see what is running and what isn’t.

Recommended App Function

This is a built in function that you can either choose to enable or disable. This function monitors your usage of the phone; collecting data on what kinds of apps you use what you primarily use the phone for. Whether you use it just to make phone calls or email or browse the internet and use the GPS. Based on this collected data the phone will periodically recommend new apps that can help make the phone more useful for you.

The data collected will not be shared with anyone. It is for your eyes only. This is a background app having it always enabled will drain the battery a more but not by much.

This app will also show you your usage and recommended making changes to your call and data plan to avoid paying overage charges and if you have a costly plan for high number of minutes and data usage and you consistently don’t use it all it will also recommend reducing the plan to save money.

Recycling

This is section tells the user on how to manage the disposal of old cellular phones and lithium ion batteries both which can be recycled and should be recycled because they contain chemicals that would otherwise pollute the earth if not disposed of correctly. In addition this section also highlhits the recycled components of the HTC Incredible to inform the reader.

How to dispose of old cellular phones and lithium ion batteries

car.JPG?1334170453006

A Service manual is designed to involve the owner of the car in the service and maintenance of a particular product. The service manual is a critical part of any product because without proper upkeep it would simply fall apart no matter how robust the product may be. Service is very important whether you are dealing with a $100,000 car or a $30 coffee maker.

A car as advanced as the Mercedes S550 has an intensive service and maintenance plan in order to keep the car running properly without any malfunctions. This being the 21st century and with the importance of convenience and environmental responsibility the service manual does not come in paper form. Instead the manual comes in electronic form. It can be accessed in 3 different way one by visiting your personal account at Mercedesbenz.com and viewing your service page. Two it can be downloaded to your personal computer as a PDF or text file. Lastly, and the most effective way is to download the vehicle Service Manual App from our website. This app can be downloaded from any number of platforms Adroid smart phones, Apple iPhones or iPads, ETC.

This app will be permanently linked to your personal account and keep a track of your service history, which is available at your finger tips anytime you need it. So the service manual in fact has also become a database for your vehicle history. The phone can also be plugged into to your cars computer using the USB and iPhone ports to Sync the phone with the vehicle’s computers and any faults will automatically stored in your phone for when you make your next appointment so they can be transmitted to the dealership of service and they can also be transmitted back to Mercedes Benz for future design requirements.
